Matthew Bradshaw

Principal

I hold Masters qualifications in both law and education. I have studied and worked internationally and take a practical approach to resolving legal issues. I use my understanding of litigation to advise on avoiding potential future issues at the planning stages of transactions.

I have over 10 years' experience assisting Family Law clients navigate their separation. During this time, I have successfully mediated or negotiated most matters without resorting to contested litigation. However, when necessary, I am able to conduct contested proceedings but always with a view that there are never winners in litigation.

I also have a particular interest in commercial transactional work, advising business owners on a range of solutions to ensure their business operates efficiently. I use my understanding of commercial work to also assist clients with more complex family law property settlements.

My experience also extends to succession law; with clients who may need more complex assistance to draft Wills, or during family disputes such as Family Provision Claims.
