Too often legal fees are the reason why clients do not obtain advice.
So we promise to offer every client a fixed fee option no matter how complex their legal needs are. We also promise to offer a range of payment options depending on your individual circumstances. But if you want to opt for us to charge you by the hour, we can offer that as well.
Our conveyancing, wills, and powers of attorney have been offered on a fixed fee basis for many years, and this will continue. Please do not hesitate to call us for our current fees. We also offer advice on guarantor’s obligations required by lending institutions for a fixed fee.
We will also offer commercial clients a fixed fee per required document or transaction so that you can plan ahead for that restructure, scale up, sale, or purchase. We will be happy to discuss providing debt recovery services for you on a retainer basis rather than a per debtor basis. Please call us to arrange a no-obligation consultation to discuss your needs, following which we will prepare a quote for you to consider. If it is easier for us to come to your business, please mention this to our receptionist and a mutually convenient appointment can be made.
For Family Law, Litigation, and other general enquiries, we offer a $99 (GST Incl) initial consultation, which we are happy to conduct by telephone or Skype if more convenient to you. If our consultation lasts 30 minutes or less, we will discount our fee to $55 (GST Incl). Please see our Initial Consultation Terms & Conditions for more information.
After our Initial Consultation and once we have received from you all necessary documents, we will review your file (at no additional cost) and provide you with a Fixed Fee offer. To engage us, please sign the offer, scan it and email it back to us, or drop it into our office. Until we receive your signed acceptance, we are unable to take any step to act for you or progress your matter.
Many lawyers offer fixed fees for small matters such as divorces, applications for consent orders, and minor criminal matters. Our difference is that we offer a fixed fee for any matter which falls into one of our key core practice areas.
